Payment is required at time of booking. A super bill (which is an insurance term for “receipt”) will be provided to submit to your provider for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider prior to booking to determine your coverage for lactation services. If needed, my NPI is 1306357736. I use Diagnosis code Z39.1 and Procedure code S9443.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) states that new or “ungrandfathered” health insurance plans must cover breastfeeding support and supplies as a preventive benefit. However many don’t make this easy! Or even comply! The National Women’s Law Center has lots of info and resources about this topic.

I offer a sliding scale to families with one parent who is active duty military (proof required as part of intake), if parent receives WIC benefits (proof required as part of intake), or is covered via NJ FamilyCare (proof required as part of intake.)
